The CCW Board of Directors regretfully is cancelling the Family Camp scheduled for next weekend, October 19-20. Yesterday, October 9, was the registration deadline and there was not enough registered to have a successful event.

We wish to thank those who were coming and their anticipation for the weekend. We also thank everyone for their promotion of the event in the newsletters and bulletins. Thanks also to those who were coming to work and help make the weekend a wonderful time.

We do, however, look forward to the Senior Adult Day on October 24 and the Fall Presbyterial Youth Retreats in November. The Junior High Retreat is November 1-3 and the Senior High Retreat is November15-17.

If you are looking for a place to host your Sunday School Class, Church wide, family or business Christmas Party please consider the Holiday Gathering Place at Camp Clark Williamson. We will be decorating the Savannah Hill Lodge and providing wonderful catered meals all throughout December.
