The 50th Anniversary Committee of the CCW Board of Directors has been planning for the camp’s Golden Anniversary for a year already. The special day, June 5, 2010 has been set aside for a Golden Celebration. We are asking for old camp photos and camp stories to be shared with us so they can be used during this time of celebration. 50th Anniversary Celebration Schedule

• Friday, June 4, 2010
  • 5:00 to 9:00 at Savannah Hill Lodge
  • Check in & set up for BBQ teams
• Saturday June 5, 2010
  • 9:00 Day Camp begins at Activity Building (Resident Camp)
  • 9:30 - Registration for Cross Country 5 K Run (Ball field Pavilion)
  • 10:00 - 50th Anniversary Celebration Registration and Activities (Savannah Hill Lodge) (fellowship, games, DVD video, storytelling, souvenirs, memorabilia, etc)
  • 9:30-12:00 - Presbyterial Day Camp (Resident Camp)
  • 10:00 - 5-K Run (Begin at Ball field Pavilion)
  • 11:00 - BBQ Judging (Savannah Hill Lodge
  • 11:45 - BBQ & 5 K Awards (stage at Savannah Hill Lodge)
  • 12:00-1:00 - Lunch  (outside at Savannah Hill Lodge)
  • 12:45-2:30 - YMPC will having games/activities at Ball Fields (K to 5th grade)
  • 1:00 to 2:30 Reunion of the Decades: slide shows, stories, memories
  • (The decade of the 60's will meet in the Lodge, the 70's in the Activity Building, the 80's in the Dining Hall, the 90's in the Pavilion and 2000's to be announced.)
  • 2:45 - Awards & Recognitions (Savannah Hill Lodge)
  • 3:00 - 50th Anniversary Worship Service (Savannah Hill Lodge)
